Villiers
Online charter platform that says its prices come from a model trained on recent flights.
Opens Villiers's own site. Ask for an itemized total in writing.
What sets it apart
Says a machine learning model analyses 7,657 recent flights to predict pricing within 10% variance, and advertises "transparent operator ratings". Both are claims we could not check, and no hourly rate is published.
What it says it is
Offers "Tailored quotes from 10,000+ certified aircraft" and has separate sign-ins for affiliates and operators. The homepage we read does not say "broker" or "operator", so the platform label is our reading of how the site is set up.
Price it publishes
The homepage shows estimated price ranges in route examples and a request form. We did not find an hourly rate table.
No hourly figure published. Not a quote.
Operator and instant price
Operator named? Advertises "transparent operator ratings". The pages we read do not say whether the operator is named in the quote.
Instant online estimate? The provider says it offers one. We did not test it.
Buyers curious about a model-based estimate who will still confirm with a written quote.
You want a published rate card.
Watch out for
- The accuracy claim (within 10%) is the company's own.
Before you request a quote
- Ask whether the hourly figure is a base rate or all-in, and how many billable hours the trip uses.
- Ask for the operator's legal name and the aircraft's tail number, then check it against the FAA list.
- Ask for taxes, fees and any brokerage charge as separate lines. See what is usually added.
