What sets it apart
Its quote page lists what to compare between proposals: total price, taxes, charter-arranger and carrier charges, third-party charges, and what happens if the aircraft is substituted. It links the FAA Part 135 list, and its planning ranges sit with the high group, not the low group.
What it says it is
Says it has been "arranging private jet charter since 2010" and tells buyers to review the "identified carrier, aircraft, complete price, and trip terms in a written proposal before booking".
Price it publishes
Its calculator shows, for example, $19,500 to $36,500 one way for a light jet from Teterboro to Miami Opa-locka with six passengers, marked "Planning estimate, not a live quote". It says a written proposal controls the final price.
| Provider's label | Published | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Light jet | $6,800 to $9,900 | Whole-aircraft planning range before positioning, trip charges and taxes. |
| Midsize jet | $7,750 to $10,800 | Same basis. |
| Super midsize jet | $9,500 to $13,000 | Same basis. |
| Heavy / long range jet | $11,500 to $16,700 | Same basis. |
| Ultra long range jet | $15,200 to $18,500 | Same basis. |

Operator and instant price
Operator named? Says its written proposal identifies the carrier and aircraft before booking. It shows ARGUS, Wyvern and IS-BAO logos with the note "A logo does not guarantee a particular flight".
Instant online estimate? The provider says it offers one. We did not test it.
Buyers who want a checklist of what to compare between proposals, and a planning range that is not a base rate.
You are comparing against base-rate tables and expect similar numbers. Its ranges are a different basis.
Watch out for
- The ranges exclude positioning, trip charges and taxes, so a real quote can be higher.
Before you request a quote
- Ask whether the hourly figure is a base rate or all-in, and how many billable hours the trip uses.
- Ask for the operator's legal name and the aircraft's tail number, then check it against the FAA list.
- Ask for taxes, fees and any brokerage charge as separate lines. See what is usually added.
